Please note that when Customers Purchase Security Solutions from FSTSecurity, any On-Site Review & System Design Charges are bundled in FOC.

When Customers require FSTSecurity to complete a Security Systems Design and issue Tender Specifications, then this work will be chargeable based on project complexity and mutual agreement.

FSTSecurity Management, Consultants, and Installation Engineers are all HIGHLY SKILLED EXPERTS in Security System Solutions and have in excess of 50+ Years of Collective Hands-On Experience between them

Generally, the answer is NO - however, if the security System/s Installed are of the SAME Brand that FSTSecurity is familiar with and Sufficient DOCUMENTATION exists - we may decide to offer On-Call / On-Site Maintenance / Enhancement Services in the form of a Periodic Maintenance Agreement.

When Faulty Products are returned to FSTSecurity under Warranty Coverage and no Exclusions apply (like Hit By Lightning), then we will Repair / Replace at no cost to the Customer.   If the product is not covered under a valid MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT then all On-Site Travel & Expenses and Fault Diagnosis / Uninstall / ReInstall Labor Charges will apply
